1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 12joker website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at 12joker.win.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 12joker Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the 12joker Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the MYR-denominated virtual account balance held within the Player's 12joker Account.
• "Wager" refers to any bet, stake, or game round initiated by the Player using Wallet funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "12joker", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the operator of the Platform, operating under international gaming authority licensing.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 12joker Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms & Conditions, and references to "you" shall include that third party.

3.Eligibility

Access to and use of the 12joker Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 12joker enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds forfeited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of 12joker, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the 12joker Platform or any affiliated platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

4.Account Registration

To place Wagers on 12joker, you must register a player Account. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and must maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your Account. 12joker reserves the right to suspend Accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 12joker will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 12joker immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
• Verification: 12joker may at any time request documentary verification of your identity, age, address, or payment methods (Know Your Customer / KYC procedures). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

5.Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 12joker Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply:

• Deposits may be made via the approved payment methods listed on the Platform at any time, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and DuitNow. Approved payment methods are subject to change at 12joker's discretion.
• A minimum deposit amount of RM 20 applies unless otherwise specified on the deposit page. There is no maximum deposit limit, though higher deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification completion. 12joker targets e-wallet withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes of approval and bank transfer processing within one (1) business hour, though these timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
• 12joker reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Players are responsible for all applicable taxes on gambling winnings in their jurisdiction. 12joker does not provide tax advice and makes no representations as to the tax treatment of winnings.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6.Bonuses and Promotions

12joker offers a range of promotional bonuses to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before conversion to withdrawable cash is permitted.
• 12joker reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited and actively being wagered shall not be subject to retrospective withdrawal.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account wagering — constitutes a prohibited activity and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
• 12joker VIP Programme benefits, tiers, and reward rates are set out on the VIP programme page and are subject to change at 12joker's discretion with reasonable notice to affected Players.

7.Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across the 12joker Platform. Product-specific rules (casino games, sportsbook, live casino) are published in the respective game or product help sections:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming a Wager.
• In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection during a Wager, 12joker's server-side records shall be determinative of the outcome. Where a round cannot be completed due to a verifiable system error, the Wager amount will be refunded to the Player's Wallet.
• Sportsbook wagers are governed by the sportsbook rules published on the Platform. In the event of a void event, postponed fixture, or obvious pricing error, 12joker reserves the right to void affected bets at the staked amount.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface. 12joker reserves the right to impose individual Player betting limits at its discretion.

8.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12joker Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias;
• Colluding with other Players in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's security or technical infrastructure;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the 12joker Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and audiovisual elements, is the intellectual property of 12joker or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without 12joker's prior written consent.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 12joker's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim. 12joker shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gambling losses.

12joker does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.Privacy

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 12joker is governed by the 12joker Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12.Responsible Gaming

12joker is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek support. Further information is available on our Responsible Gaming page. The minimum age to use 12joker is 21 years. Age verification may be required at any time.

13.Termination and Suspension

12joker reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable belief that these Terms & Conditions have been breached. Upon closure for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Genuine cash balances (net of Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no prohibited activity has occurred.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting 12joker support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once applied, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

14.Amendments to These Terms

12joker reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

15.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 12joker holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming authority. Pending resolution of any dispute, neither party shall be entitled to withhold performance of its obligations under these Terms.
